Ingredients
1 cup flour
½ cup Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Chocolate Flavour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
2 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
To Serve
chocolate sauce or maple syrup
fresh fruit
Instructions
- Combine flour, Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Chocolate Flavour, baking powder and cocoa/cacao powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and milk and whisk to combine.
- Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add large spoonfuls of batter to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles form. Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until the pancakes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and drizzle with chocolate sauce or maple syrup.
