A delicious homemade chocolate peanut mousse with a surprise addition of avocado.

1 ripe but firm avocado

400ml can coconut cream

1 scoop (15g) Red Seal FIT Protein Powder* - natural chocolate flavour

1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

1 ½ tbsp Red Seal NZ Manuka Honey UMF 5+

2 tbsp peanut butter

Toasted coconut, berries, shaved chocolate or cacao nibs to garnish

Step 1

Scoop the flesh from the avocado into a blender, add the coconut cream, cocoa powder and protein powder, honey and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Spoon into 4 bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

Decorate with coconut, berries, chocolate etc…

Serve chilled.
