Makes 12 balls


½ cup almond flour

½ cup Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour

½ cup peanut butter

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup chocolate chips


  1. 1.In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour and Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour.
  2. Add peanut butter, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix to combine. The mixture should be a thick cookie dough that holds together. If the mixture is too dry add a dash more milk.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to scoop tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 12 balls. 
  5. Enjoy straight away, store in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
