1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 cup coconut (desiccated)
1 lemon zest
Step 1:Grind the cashew nuts in a food processorStep 2:Add the coconut, raspberries, protein powder, collagen powder and lemon zest. Mix to combineStep 3:Roll into balls and then roll in more coconut if you like.Step 4:Store in the freezer and serve from frozen
