Kind Kids – Smiles for Schools Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Red Seal, of 14-18 Lovell Court, Rosedale, Auckland. (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 09:00am NZT on 27th April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 4 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, participants must, during the Promotion Period:
Comment on the official Kind Kids Toothpaste “Smiles for Schools” giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram;
Tag the name of a New Zealand‑based school, kindergarten, or early childhood education (ECE) centre in the comment; and
Provide a brief reason for the nomination.
No purchase is required to enter. Multiple nominations are permitted, however each nomination must be entered as a separate comment.
5. Prize
There are five (5) prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of Kind Kids Toothpaste supplied to one nominated school, kindergarten, or ECE centre. The quantity of toothpaste supplied will be determined by the Promoter based on enrolment numbers, age range, and logistical considerations.
The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The five (5) winning nominations will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the promotion closes. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The Promoter will contact the winning schools, kindergartens, or ECE centres directly using publicly available contact details to confirm acceptance of the prize and arrange delivery.
The Promoter may also announce winning schools or centres on Kind Kids or Red Seal social media channels.
8. Prize Fulfilment
The Promoter will liaise directly with each winning school, kindergarten, or ECE centre to arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery is limited to addresses within New Zealand only.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, infringes third‑party rights, or contravenes these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
10. Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with this promotion.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering the promotion.
