- 2 Red Seal Raspberry & Strawberry Hot or Cold Brew bags
- Handful of oats
- 1 scoop of Red Seal FIT protein powder* - Natural Vanilla Flavor
- Maple syrup

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the tea bags and the boiling water, allowing it to sit for 3 minutes until the tea has infused into the water.
Remove the tea bags. Then stir in your oats, protein powder, and maple syrup.
Microwave for 1 minute until the oatmeal thickens up and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Decorate with toppings of your choice.
