Ingredients
2 frozen chopped bananas
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon strong steeped Red Seal Plum & Boysenberry Hot and Cold brew
1 tablespoon yoghurt (we used coconut)
2x waffle ice cream cones
Fresh raspberries and mint to garnish
Instructions
Step 1:
Blend all ingredients except the waffles cones and garnishes in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth
Step 2:
Spoon the mixture into the waffle cones and top with fresh mint and raspberries
