Green Goddess Protein Smoothie
Green goddess goodness loaded with gorgeously green ingredients

1 cup packed baby spinach or kale
½ green apple
1 green kiwifruit
4 mint leaves (optional), plus more to garnish
1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds, plus more to garnish.
2 scoops Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour
1 cup milk of your choice (or water)
Handful of ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to get your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and mint leaves if you wish.
