Ingredients
2 frozen ripe bananas
2 scoops Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Chocolate Flavour
¼ cup milk of your choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
½ banana, sliced
¼ cup granola
1 tbsp coconut chips
1 tbsp peanut butter
Fresh or freeze dried raspberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Place frozen bananas, Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Chocolate Flavour, milk and vanilla extract into a high speed blender.
2. Process on high speed, stopping to push the sides down with a spoon if needed, until it’s a thick and creamy consistency. If it’s too thick to blend, add 1-2 tablespoons of extra milk to the blender and blend again until you get the desired consistency.
3. Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana, granola, coconut chips and raspberries. Drizzle with peanut butter and eat immediately.
