Ingredients

- 2 Red Seal Lemon & Ginger Hot or Cold Brew teabags

- 1 ½ cups hot water

- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

- 1 lemon

- 2 handfuls of ice

- Sparkling water

- Fresh pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Pop the teabags and one sprig of rosemary into a small jug or bowl, pour over the hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes to infuse and cool. Remove the teabags and sprig of rosemary.

Step 2
Cut two slices off the lemon to use for garnish and squeeze the juice from the remaining piece into the tea and stir to combine.

Step 3
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon on a small plate or bowl that will fit the rim of your glasses. Take a slice of lemon and gently run it around the rim of each glass. Dip the rim of each glass into the sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat.

Step 4
Fill the glasses with a handful of ice and pour over the tea.

Step 5
Top up the glasses with sparkling water and garnish each with a sprig of rosemary, slice of lemon and a generous sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.

Tip:

This festive fizz mocktail goes well with a nip of gin if you like something a bit stronger.
