Serves 2



- 6 Red Seal Blood Orange Hot or Cold Brew bags 

- 2 crushed cinnamon sticks 

- 5 cloves

 - 2 star anise 

- Water



Step 1 

Add 6 Red Seal Blood Orange brew bags, 2 crushed cinnamon sticks, 5 cloves, 2 star anise into some cotton fabric/muslin and tie with cooking safe string. 

Step 2 

Place in a pot of cold water, bring to the boil, turn off the stove and let steep for 6-8 minutes. Once ready, pour into your favourite cup and garnish with orange peel and star anise. 

Option: If you want a little more kick, add a dash of Port Wine to taste.
