Red Seal reserves the right to make changes in rules and regulations from time to time. Red Seal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without any notice, in case of violation of rules and other remedies available to it by law for such violations.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

Red Seal will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by any unauthorized use of your account, financial or otherwise.

By providing Red Seal your email address, you consent to receiving Website-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Website and special offers, promotions, or relevant news about Red Seal. Any medical or health related information provided in this Website is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute medical advice or replace discussions with a veterinary healthcare provider.

Binding Arbitration/Class Waiver

For any dispute with Red Seal, you agree to first contact us at and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the unlikely event that We are unable to resolve a dispute with you after attempting to do so for a period of sixty (60) days, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding any of Red Seal’s claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach or alleged breach thereof (collectively, “Claims”), by binding arbitration. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall include costs of arbitration, reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable costs for expert and other witnesses, and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed as preventing Red Seal from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts in the United States as necessary to protect any of Red Seal’s proprietary interests.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO CLASS ARBITRATION, AND, UNLESS WE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND RED SEAL ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND.

Choice of Law / Jurisdiction

The Website is hosted in New Zealand and is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes related to the Website will therefore be governed under the laws of New Zealand. All disputes involving the Website, including these Terms and the Privacy Policy, will be heard exclusively in New Zealand. You understand that, even if you are not domiciled in New Zealand, your continued use of the Website means that you agree to file and proceed with all disputes that cannot be amicably resolved in New Zealand.

UNDER FEDERAL LAW, IF YOU KNOWINGLY MISREPRESENT THAT ONLINE MATERIAL IS INFRINGING, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR PERJURY AND CIVIL PENALTIES, INCLUDING MONETARY DAMAGES, COURT COSTS, AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES.

The preceding requirements are intended to comply with Red Seal’s rights and obligations under the DMCA, including 17 U.S.C. §512(c), but do not constitute legal advice. Accessibility

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
