Terms & Conditions (New Zealand)
These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the Red Seal VitaFizz Hydrate Sampling Offer (“Promotion”). By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Red Seal, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility
- Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Red Seal, its agencies, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- The Promotion is only open to subscribers on the Red Seal New Zealand mailing list.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, complete the official sampling request form linked in the email invitation.
- One entry per person.
- Entries must be received before the closing date stated in the invitation email.
4. Sample Allocation
- There are 30 (thirty) VitaFizz Hydrate samples available.
- If more than 30 people enter, all valid entries will go into a random draw.
- Thirty (30) entrants will be selected at random to receive a sample pack.
- Samples cannot be exchanged, returned, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
5. Review Requirement
By entering, you agree to:
- Provide a short, honest review of VitaFizz Hydrate after trying the sample.
- Allow Red Seal to use your review (whole or in part) on its website, email communications, and social media channels.
- Responses must be genuine and reflect your personal experience.
You may request removal of your review from future use at any time by contacting Red Seal.
6. Notification of Selected Participants
- Selected participants will be contacted by email using the address provided.
- If a selected participant does not respond within 7 days, Red Seal may redraw and select a replacement.
- Red Seal is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable, filtered, or missed.
7. Delivery of Samples
- Samples will be delivered within New Zealand only.
- Red Seal is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery, or for incorrect shipping details provided by participants.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected as part of this Promotion is used solely for administration of the Promotion, delivery of samples, and follow‑up review requests.
- Any published reviews will not include personal contact information.
- All data is handled in accordance with Red Seal’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
- Red Seal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
- Red Seal may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any that appear incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
