Red Seal Toothpaste Sampling Offer - Terms & Conditions (New Zealand)
These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the Red Seal Toothpaste Sampling Offer (“Promotion”). By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Red Seal New Zealand.

2. Eligibility
- Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Red Seal, its agencies, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- The Promotion is only open to subscribers on the Red Seal New Zealand mailing list.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, complete the official sampling request form linked in the email invitation.
- One entry per person.
- Entries must be received before the closing date stated in the invitation email.
4. Sample Allocation
- There are limited toothpaste samples available.
- If demand exceeds supply, all valid entries will go into a random draw.
- Selected participants will be contacted directly and sent a sample.
- Samples cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
5. Confidentiality – Important
This toothpaste has not yet been launched. By entering, you agree to:
- Keep all product details confidential until Red Seal officially launches it.
- Not post about the product on social media, online forums, or public channels.
- Only share your thoughts directly with Red Seal through the feedback form provided.
You may not disclose images, packaging, claims, or product attributes publicly until Red Seal confirms the launch.
6. Review Requirement
By entering, you agree to:
- Provide a short, honest review after trying the sample.
- Understand that your review (whole or in part) may be used on Red Seal’s website, emails, and social media channels once the product is publicly launched.
- Provide genuine feedback based on your personal experience.
You can request removal of your review from future use at any time.
7. Notification of Selected Participants
- Selected participants will be contacted by email using the address provided.
- If a selected participant does not respond within 7 days, Red Seal may redraw and select a replacement.
- Red Seal is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable or missed.
8. Delivery of Samples
- Samples will be delivered within New Zealand only.
- Red Seal is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery, or for incorrect shipping details supplied by participants.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected as part of this Promotion is used solely for administering the Promotion, delivering samples, and collecting feedback.
- Reviews will not include personal contact details.
- All personal data is managed in accordance with Red Seal’s Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
- Red Seal may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required.
- Red Seal may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any that appear incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this Promotion indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
