With an extra strong peppermint flavour, this refreshing toothpaste leaves your mouth feeling cool and clean long after brushing. Brush at least twice a day or after every meal for 2 minutes or as recommended by your dental professional.

Children five years and under should use a smear of toothpaste and children six years and over should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.

Avoid swallowing. Rinse with a small amount of water. It is recommended for adults to supervise young children.

What's changed with Smokers to Strong Mint?

Since the 80s, Kiwis have loved our Smokers toothpaste. But we kept hearing the same feedback, “What’s with the name?”. So, we’ve freshened things up, renaming Smokers, Strong Mint. As well as the name change, our new Strong Mint toothpaste has a new formulation and texture, it’s designed to offer a smoother feel and glossier appearance.

It’s worth noting, this toothpaste is now free from SLS, artificial sweeteners and mineral oils. This formula is also enriched with new ingredients like Xylitol. It offers protection against cavity-causing bacteria with regular brushing. Changing this toothpaste isn’t a decision we took lightly, but we believe this is necessary step forward for our range to raise the benchmark on our ingredients and deliver you the best toothpaste we can. Does Red Seal toothpaste contain sweetener?

Stevia is the sweetener used in all of our NATRUE Certified toothpastes to give them a balanced taste that's pleasant to brush with.

Our NATRUE formulations also include Xylitol which aids in sweetening whilst inhibiting cavity-causing bacteria. Its ability to neutralize pH levels and inhibit bacterial growth supports oral health while providing a pleasant taste.
