Plum & Boysenberry Ice Cubes

4 trays of ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 Litre Jug Red Seal Plum and Boysenberry hot/cold brew (steeped and cold) 
  • Selection of your favourite fruit & garden herbs such as mint
  • Edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Steep 2 tea bags of Plum & Boysenberry Hot or Cold brew in a jug of water

Step 2: Pour the cool tea into ice cube trays

Step 3: Add your favourite fruits into each ice cube, and edible flowers if you want to add an extra wow factor!

Step 4: Place in the freezer for a few hours until frozen

Step 5: Place frozen cubes in a mug, pour your favourite Hot or Cold brew in over the top and enjoy!
