Red Seal Baking Soda Hydroxyapatite Sampling Campaign - Terms & Conditions (Australia)
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Red Seal Baking Soda Hydroxyapatite Sampling campaign (“Promotion”). By taking part, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from Monday 20 April to Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Winner will be drawn Monday 1st June 2026.
All reviews must be submitted within this timeframe and before 31st May 2026 to be eligible for the prize draw.
3. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Red Seal, its agents, distributors, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- By participating, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. How the Promotion Works
The Autumn Nesting Black Box is distributed by Black Box, and Red Seal is not involved in the selection or distribution of the box itself. Inside the box, recipients will find:
- 1 x full‑size Red Seal Baking Soda Hydroxyapatite 100g Toothpaste
- 1 x flyer with a link to the official review survey
To enter the prize draw, recipients must:
- Try the toothpaste, and
- Submit an honest review using the survey link provided on the flyer.
Only one review per participant will be accepted.
5. Prize Details
All valid reviews submitted during the Promotional Period will go into a random draw to win:
1 x AUD $400 Chemist Warehouse Gift Card
- Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Prize conditions are subject to Chemist Warehouse’s gift card terms.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be drawn on Monday 1 June.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their survey submission.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Red Seal may select an alternative winner.
- Red Seal is not responsible for unread, lost, or undelivered email notifications.
7. Review Use & Permissions
By submitting your review, you agree we may feature your comments with your first name/initials (never your contact details) across our website, socials, ads, and emails. You confirm it’s your genuine experience. You’ll also be added to the Red Seal Superfans newsletter (unsubscribe anytime).
8. Privacy
- Personal information is collected solely for administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, and managing review content.
- Personal data is handled in accordance with Red Seal’s Privacy Policy and Australian privacy law.
9. General Conditions
- Red Seal reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
- Red Seal may disqualify entries that appear incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian consumer law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
