This promotion is run by Red Seal (NZ) Limited, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

Promotion period
The promotion opens at 12:00am on 8th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter
To enter, purchase any Red Seal Toothpaste (70g–100g) from Woolworths Australia during the Promotion Period. Scan the QR code on promotional material and complete the online entry form. A valid purchase is required for each entry.

Proof of purchase

Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt. The winner will be required to present valid proof of purchase showing the product purchased, Woolworths New Zealand as the retailer, and the date of purchase in order to claim the prize. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

The prize
There are five (5) Prezzee Cards valued at $250 AUD each to be won. The total prize pool value is $1,250 AUD. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize draw and winner notification
Winners will be drawn at random on 1 September 2026 at via electronic draw. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

Proof of purchase
Winners must provide valid proof of purchase showing the product purchased, retailer, and date of purchase before the prize is issued. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Use of prizes
Prezzee Cards are subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and participating brands. The Promoter is not responsible for any restrictions imposed by Prezzee.

Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
