Red Seal Monthly Newsletter Draw - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the Red Seal Monthly Newsletter Draw (“Promotion”). By subscribing to the Red Seal email newsletter and remaining subscribed, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, and the United States of America aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Red Seal, its agencies, distributors, or affiliated companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- Entry is only valid for individuals who have subscribed to the Red Seal newsletter and remain subscribed at the time of the monthly draw.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the Promotion, sign up to the Red Seal email newsletter via any official Red Seal website or approved promotional sign‑up form.
- One entry per person, per email address.
- Entrants will remain in the draw for as long as they are subscribed to the Red Seal newsletter.
4. Prize Details
Prizes vary by region:
New Zealand & Australia
- One winner per country, per month will receive a Red Seal Gift Box containing a selection of Red Seal products.
- The value of each gift box may vary month to month depending on product availability.
United States of America
- One winner will receive a USD e‑Gift Card for Amazon.
- The value of the gift card will be stated in the winner notification email.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Draw & Winner Notification
- A draw will be conducted once each calendar month.
- Winners are selected at random from all eligible subscribers.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at sign‑up.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Red Seal may redraw the prize.
- Red Seal is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable, filtered, or missed.
6. Shipping & Delivery (NZ & AU Only)
- Gift Boxes will be shipped to the winner’s residential address within their region - New Zealand or Australia only.
- Red Seal is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses supplied by winners, or customs restrictions.
7. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to receive Red Seal newsletters and promotional content.
- You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing removes you from future draws.
- Red Seal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason.
- Red Seal may publish the winner’s first name and region (e.g., “Jess, Auckland”) for promotional purposes, unless the winner requests otherwise.
- Personal information is collected solely for the administration of the Promotion and is handled in accordance with Red Seal’s Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Red Seal is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants arising from or in connection with the Promotion, including delivery delays, technical issues, or prize use.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights under consumer protection laws in New Zealand, Australia, or the United States.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
